SMART Transmitter Power Supply and Current Driver

Pepperl+Fuchs is expanding its portfolio of universal isolated barriers with the HiC2422 intrinsic safety barrier. The new module

 has two freely configurable channels for analog signals, which means it can be used both as a 

SMART transmitter power supply for two-wire transmitters and 

as a current driver for valve positioners. This dual functionality reduces inventory requirements and ensures cost savings for the end user.
